Online Cricket ID on Tiger Exchange 247: Markets, Tips and Setup
Updated 13 October 2026 · 7-minute read
An online cricket ID is simply an account set up for cricket betting on an exchange. On Tiger Exchange 247 the same ID opens every sport, but most of our players come for cricket, and with good reason. The exchange covers more cricket markets than almost anything else on the site, and those markets keep trading ball by ball. This guide explains which markets you'll find, how fancy and session bets actually work, and the habits that separate players who last a whole season from those who are done by the second week of the IPL.

Cricket markets on the exchange
| Market | What you're predicting | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Match odds | Which team wins the match | The most liquid market. Prices move with every wicket and big over. |
| Bookmaker | Match winner at fixed bookmaker-style rates | Shown alongside match odds, often with quicker settlement. |
| Fancy / session | Runs scored by a set over (for example, 6 overs or 10 overs) | A "yes/no" line on a run total. It moves very fast in the powerplay. |
| Player runs | Whether a batter goes over or under a run line | Check the batting order and conditions first. |
| Toss and tied match | Toss winner, or whether the match ends level | Simple, small markets. |
Coverage runs from Tests, ODIs and T20Is through the IPL to overseas leagues such as the Big Bash, the CPL, the SA20 and The Hundred, plus women's internationals. Domestic and smaller leagues appear when there's enough interest to form a market.
Fancy and session bets explained
Session markets confuse most new players, so here's a worked example. Say the 6-over session line for a team is shown as 52 / 54. If you choose Yes at 54, you win if the team scores 54 or more by the end of the 6th over. If you choose No at 52, you win if they score 51 or fewer. The gap between the two numbers is the market's margin, and the line moves after every ball.
Two practical lessons from watching these markets every season:
- Pitch and conditions matter more than reputations. A slow Chennai pitch in the evening plays very differently from a flat Bengaluru surface, and session lines don't always adjust fast enough in the first two overs.
- Don't chase a session after a wicket. Lines drop sharply when a set batter falls, and that's exactly when emotional bets get placed.
Trading cricket on an exchange
Because you can both back (bet for) and lay (bet against) a team, you don't have to wait for the result. If you backed a team at 2.20 before the toss and their price drops to 1.60 after a strong start, laying at 1.60 locks in a profit whichever side wins. It works the other way too: you can lay off part of a losing position to cut the damage. Practise this with a demo ID first, because lay bets carry a liability larger than the stake.
Five habits of players who last the season
- Set a season budget, split it across the tournament, and don't top it up after a bad week.
- Specialise. Know two or three teams or one league really well rather than betting on every match.
- Watch before you bet. The first two overs tell you more about the pitch than any pre-match tip.
- Keep stakes level. Doubling up after a loss is the fastest way to empty a balance.
- Ignore "fixed match" tips. Anyone selling guaranteed results is selling a scam.

Cricket ID FAQ
Is a cricket ID different from a normal Tiger Exchange ID?
It's the same account. "Cricket ID" just means support has set it up with cricket as your main focus. You can still use other sports and casino with it.
Can I bet during a live match?
Yes. Match odds, bookmaker and session markets trade in play and update after every ball.
What happens to session bets if a match is rain-affected?
Sessions that can't be completed are normally void and stakes are returned. Check the market rules shown in the exchange for each match.
Which leagues are covered?
All international formats, the IPL, and major overseas leagues such as the Big Bash, the CPL and the SA20, plus other matches when markets open.
Can I withdraw winnings from a cricket ID to UPI?
Yes. Request a withdrawal from support in your verified chat and share a UPI ID or bank account in your own name.
